I Live interstate - how can i get the goods to me?

Pivot have at our ready an extensive range of transport companies who can arrange goods to be delivered anywhere in Australia

What do the transport do?

Understanding that some of our items weigh up to 450Kg - you will need to be able to handle the delivery on your end For the larger items - we can arrange for them to be delivered to a transport Company Depo close to you for you to collect with a trailer For the smaller items - IPEC or TNT offer delivery to your door

What is the turnaround time from ordering?

Depending on the item and changes you request - we aim to have must stock items dispatched within 48Hours from ordering

What about Warranty?

Pivot has arranged with the manufactures of the heaters a Nationally covered Warranty. We can arrange any warranty to be covered anywhere within Australia

Do you reply to emails?

All emails are replied - we try to offer same day responses, but otherwise - you email will be replied to within 24hours The more information you provide us - the more we can assist you with providing you the right advice

I dont know what I have - How can I identify my product?
