    Pivot Melbourne does not carry the Coonara/Heatcharm or Arrow Range of Products - but these are available from Pivot Geelong.
    Pivot Melbourne does carry an extensive range of every other product range Pivot Geelong has.

  9. I Live interstate - how can i get the goods to me?





    Pivot have at our ready an extensive range of transport companies who can arrange goods to be delivered anywhere in Australia

  10. What do the transport do?


    Understanding that some of our items weigh up to 450Kg - you will need to be able to handle the delivery on your end

    For the larger items - we can arrange for them to be delivered to a transport Company Depo close to you for you to collect with a trailer

    For the smaller items - IPEC or TNT offer delivery to your door

  11. What is the turn around time from ordering?


    Depending on the item and changes you request - we aim to have must stock items dispatched within 48Hours from ordering

  12. What about Warranty?


    Pivot has arranged with the manufactures of the heaters a Nationally covered Warranty.

    We can arrange any warranty to be covered anywhere within Australia

  13. Do you reply to emails?


    All emails are replyed - we try to offer same day responces, but otherwise - you email will be replyed to within 24hours

  14. I dont know what I have - How can I identifly my product?


    We receive many emails with photos of the product you are trying to repair or replace - these emails are greatly accepted

    We do Export to New Zealand only

    At this stage - No, Pivot have been in Geelong since 1876 and Melbourne since 2007 - but pivotstove.com.au provides product anywhere in Australia

    Pivots return rate is .01%. Pivot prides ourselves in supplying the right product to you in the first place
    Goods returned MUST be in the original packaging and MUST not of been used.
    We offer Monies back 7day from date of invoice.
    Custom made goods to your requirements will occur a handling fee

  19. I saw Pivot on EBay - do you sell all products on EBay?


    No - Pivot use the EBay and Trading Post to promote over stocks or manufactured run out Specials.
    These items are also listed in our Monthly Specials
    EBay is also a great exposure for us - with the Internet lifestyles, we are now only a click away in your home.

    We showcase all the brands of Wood Stoves and Wood Heaters

    Pivots Warehouse/Stocks
    Pivot carry Australia's most extensive range of Spare Parts and products in stock
    Although we would like to stock everything - Pivot can arrange non stock items to be supplied as well
