With the ESSE Induction cooktop the heat is supplied to the cooking pot by a magnetic field, so almost all heat gets transferred to the pot. This helps to reduce the amount of energy used to heat your food when cooking.
With 3 ovens you are ready to take on the world.

Each electric oven in the EC2i can be used independently so energy is not wasted heating ovens that are not in use.
